Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before accessing or using the Website Relationship Secrets, i.e., www.relationshipsecrets.in or participating in any workshops, programmes, or services offered by Relationship Secrets (collectively, the "Services").

1. Acceptance of Terms and Description of Service

The Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the website and participation in the workshops offered by Relationship Secrets. By accessing, using the site, registering for or participating in any workshop (online or in-person), you acknowledge that you read, understand, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

Relationship Secrets provides educational and experiential workshops focused on relationship awareness, communication, and personal growth, delivered either live online (including via Zoom or similar platforms) or in-person. These workshops are designed to offer tools and insights for relationship enhancement.

By registering, you confirm that:

• You are a legal adult (18 years or older);
• You are legally competent to enter into a binding contract under Indian law; and
• You are participating voluntarily and for personal development purposes only.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access the website or participate in any workshop.

2. Registration, Payment, Cancellations, and Refund Policy

This clause must be read together with Relationship Secrets' separate Refund and Cancellation Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is available on the website.

2.1 Registration and Payment

All workshop fees must be paid in full at the time of registration. Payments are processed through a third-party payment gateway, Razorpay (currently).

By submitting your payment information, you agree to the applicable terms, conditions, and privacy policies of Razorpay or any third-party payment gateway engaged by Relationship Secrets from time to time. Relationship Secrets does not control and shall not be responsible for the policies, practices, or performance of such third-party payment gateways. Any disputes relating to payment processing must be resolved directly with the respective payment gateway.

Please note that Relationship Secrets does not store or retain your complete financial information (such as full card numbers, CVV, or banking credentials) on its systems or databases. All payment transactions are processed securely through authorised third-party payment gateways.

2.2 Refund and Cancellation Policy

• Non-Refundable Fees: All registration fees paid for the Relationship Secrets workshop are strictly non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
• No-Shows: If you register for a workshop (online or in-person) and fail to attend, for any reason shall be treated as a "No-Show" and your registration fee shall be forfeited. In such a case, you are not entitled to any refund.
• No Transfers or Substitutions: Registration is specific to the individual who has signed up. Tickets or registration slots are non-transferable and cannot be reassigned to another person or workshop date.
• Force Majeure: Relationship Secrets shall not be liable for delays, rescheduling, or cancellation caused by events beyond reasonable control (including but not limited to acts of God, technical failures, government restrictions, pandemics, or natural disasters etc). In such cases, Relationship Secrets may, at its discretion, offer rescheduling or credit without any obligation to refund.

3. Intellectual Property Rights (IP)

Ownership of Workshop Content and Materials

All workshop content, including but not limited to concepts, methodologies, frameworks, slides, videos, audio, written materials, workbooks, trademarks, logos, and proprietary techniques ("Workshop Content"), presented during the Relationship Secrets workshop are the exclusive property of Relationship Secrets and are protected under applicable Indian and International copyright and intellectual property laws.

4. Restrictions on Use

By registering, you agree to the following strict prohibitions:

• No Recording: Participants are strictly prohibited from recording, reproducing, capturing, or distributing any part of the workshops, whether conducted online or in-person. This includes, without limitation, audio recordings, video recordings, screen recordings, photographs, screenshots, or any other form of recording or reproduction, made through zoom or any similar online platform, or during in-person sessions, using any device or medium.
• Any unauthorised recording, or reproduction shall constitute a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate removal from the workshop without refund, in addition to any other remedies available under law.
• No Distribution: You are prohibited from copying, sharing, modifying, reproducing, re-selling, sublicensing, or distributing any part of the Workshop Content to any third party, whether for commercial or non-commercial purposes.
• Personal Use Only: The Workshop Content is provided solely for your personal and non-commercial educational use only.
• Any unauthorised use shall constitute a material breach of these Terms and may result in legal action.

5. Participant Conduct

5.1 Code of Conduct

Participants must maintain respectful, professional, and lawful behaviour, while using the website or attending any workshop, whether online or in-person, and must conduct appropriately towards the host/s and other participant/s. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Harassment, abuse, intimidation, or discrimination;
• Disruptive behavior affecting the experience of others;
• Promotion or solicitation of personal or third-party products or services; and
• Misrepresentation of identity or intent.

5.2 Right to suspend or Terminate Access

Relationship Secrets reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to deny, suspend, or terminate a participant's access to the workshop or website (online or in-person) at any time, without warning or refund, if the participant violates these Terms or applicable laws, attempts to sell or promote their own products/services, or otherwise disrupts the event.

5.3 Third-Party Platform

You agree to comply with the terms of service and conduct rules of the third-party platforms used to deliver the workshops (e.g., Zoom). We are not responsible for the platform's performance, connectivity problems, any technical issues, or platform outages arising from third-party platforms, your device and/or internet connection.

6. Disclaimers, Consumer Protection and Limitation of Liability

6.1 Educational Purpose Only

The Services are provided strictly for educational, informational, and self-development purposes and do not constitute counselling, therapy, or treatment of any kind.

6.2 Consumer Protection Clarification

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any rights available to a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other applicable laws, to the extent such rights cannot be lawfully excluded.

6.3 No Professional or Medical Advice

Relationship Secrets does not provide psychological counselling, psychotherapy, psychiatric treatment, medical advice, legal advice, or financial planning services. Participation does not create any therapist-client, doctor-patient, fiduciary, or professional relationship.

Participants experiencing serious emotional distress, mental health concerns, or marital crises are strongly advised to seek assistance from qualified licensed professionals.

6.4 No Guarantee of Results

Relationship Secrets does not guarantee, warrant, and/or make any kind of representations regarding any specific outcomes, improvements in relationships, emotional healing, behavioural changes, or results in your personal relationships, marriage, or overall well-being arising from participation in the workshop. The application and effectiveness of the principles taught are entirely dependent on the participant's own commitment, effort, and actions. Individual results vary based on personal circumstances and levels of engagement.

Nothing contained herein shall be construed as professional medical, psychological, therapeutic, or marital counselling advice.

6.5 Assumption of Risk

By participating, you acknowledge that personal reflection and discussions may involve emotional sensitivity and you voluntarily assume all risks associated with such participation.

6.6 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under law, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, Relationship Secrets shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including but not limited to emotional distress, loss of opportunity, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with (a) participation in or attendance at the Services or any workshop; (b) reliance on any information, content, materials, or guidance provided; and (c) any actions taken or not taken by the participant based on such information.

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, Relationship Secrets' total aggregate liability, if any, arising out of or relating to the Services or a workshop, shall be limited to the amount actually paid by the participant for the specific workshop giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

7. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Relationship Secrets, its founders, directors, employees, affiliates, and facilitators from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of:

• Your participation in the workshop;
• Violation of these Terms;
• Misuse of Workshop Content; or
• Violation of any applicable law or third-party rights.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

Personal data collected through the website or during workshop registration is governed by Relationship Secrets' separate Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Personal information collected during registration and participation shall be processed in accordance with Relationship Secrets' Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws in India.

Relationship Secrets shall take reasonable measures to protect participant data but does not guarantee absolute security of information transmitted online.

9. International Participants

Participants accessing the Services from outside India do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws applicable in their jurisdiction.

Relationship Secrets makes no representation that the Services are appropriate or legally permitted in all countries.

Fees are charged in Indian Rupees unless otherwise stated, and participants are responsible for any foreign exchange charges, taxes, or bank fees.

Participants further confirm that their participation does not violate any export, regulatory, or professional practice restrictions applicable in their country of residence.

The Services are provided in English, and participants acknowledge that differences in language, cultural context, or interpretation shall not give rise to any claim against Relationship Secrets.

By participating, international users expressly agree that Indian law shall govern the contractual relationship, to the extent permitted by applicable local laws.

10. General Provisions

10.1 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be read together with, and subject to, the Privacy Policy, and Refund and Cancellation Policy, all of which collectively constitute the entire agreement between you and Relationship Secrets.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Subject to applicable consumer protection laws, the courts of competent jurisdiction located at Bangalore, Karnataka, India, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all disputes, claims, or proceedings arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of the website or Services, and you hereby irrevocably submit to such jurisdiction.

10.2 Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. We will post the revised terms on the website. Your continued use of the website or participation in a workshop after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
