Refund Policy for Relationship Secrets

This Refund Policy is incorporated into and must be read in conjunction with the Relationship Secrets Terms & Conditions. By registering for and paying the fee for any workshop, you agree to be bound by the terms detailed below.
1. General Refund Policy
All sales of workshop registrations are final.
Due to the limited capacity and the proprietary nature of our educational content, Relationship Secrets operates a strict, non-refundable policy. Once payment is processed and registration is confirmed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, except as expressly stated in this Policy or as required under applicable law.
Participants are encouraged to contact Relationship Secrets directly to resolve any payment-related concerns prior to initiating any chargeback or payment dispute, subject to applicable law.
2. Specific Scenarios

| User Cancellation | Regardless of the reason or the time elapsed between registration and the workshop date, no refunds will be provided if a registered participant chooses to cancel their attendance. |
| Failure to Attend (No-Show) | If a registered participant fails to attend the scheduled online (Zoom or similar platform) or in-person workshop, the entire registration fee shall be forfeited. No partial or full refund will be granted for non-attendance. |
| Transfer Policy | Registration fees are non-transferable. Participants may not transfer their spot/registration to another individual or request a credit for a future workshop date. |
| Technical Issues | Relationship Secrets is not responsible for technical problems experienced by the participant, including but not limited to internet connection failure/ issues, power outages, software incompatibility, or device malfunction, that prevent access to or attendance at the live online workshop. No refunds shall be issued for participant-side technical failure. |
3. Workshop Cancellation by Relationship Secrets
In the unlikely event that Relationship Secrets is required to cancel or postpone a scheduled workshop entirely due to operational, technical, or unforeseen circumstances, participants will be offered one of the following options, at Relationship Secrets' discretion:
- Full Refund: A full refund of the registration fee actually paid, excluding any third-party transaction or processing charges, if applicable; or
- Credit: A full credit toward the rescheduled workshop date or any other available workshop offered by Relationship Secrets.
Notification of any cancellation or rescheduling by the organizer will be communicated promptly via the registered email address provided at the time of registration.
4. Governing Law and Contact
This policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this policy will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Bangalore, Karnataka, India, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
